How do we teach?

We start the day with a morning circle,
which has organizational and social significance.
What does a day look like?

Most of the day is spent acquiring skills from the area of everyday life .
A lot of aids on the shelves allow for the development of mathematical and linguistic skills and abilities – starting from solving puzzles or creating picture stories, through playing
in the shop (learning to count , learning to write because you need to prepare e.g. the names of products) up to aids helping to count to 1000.
All activities at the kindergarten are held for all children , which means we do not offer activities for an additional fee for a small group of interested people.
English and music classes are permanently included in the daily work plan.
and movement .
We work without textbooks , using, among others, Orphean instruments .

Daltonian
In our daily work, we divide the children into task teams (the younger the children, the smaller the teams). A group manager is appointed within each team. They are responsible for a specific element of the assigned task or for the entire project. This could mean sealing the glue tubes at the end of the workday, or ensuring that the dragon head we're building together has all its teeth. The manager changes depending on the team and the task. The children choose their location and method of work, and we also respect varying skill levels – after all, we are a preschool for curious children.
In this way, we support independence , cooperation , and responsibility . Just like in a large family.
We organize
weeks
thematic

We also try to remember that children like to learn new skills and then take a break from them , so we organize thematic weeks, for example, ceramics week, during which children have access to a clay room.
and they make, make, make….
